Harvest City Church's Covid Policy
Harvest City Church is committed to the safety of our partners and every individual who enters our campus. In order to maintain the safest environment possible the following will be implemented:
Services
Harvest City Church is limiting the number of individuals per service and is requiring registrations. You can register for a Sunday morning service on our website www.harvestcitychurch.com/events
Upon entering the building, your temperature will be checked. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or greater we will ask that you participate online.
There is a hand sanitizer station at the door where you can sanitize your hands. There you can also receive a mask if you need one.
As you enter the sanctuary a greeter will show you to a seat.
At the end of service, we will dismiss by row starting in the back. We ask that all socializing take place outside.
Experiencing Symptoms
If you are experiencing any of the following within the last 24 hours refrain from entering Harvest City premises including outdoor spaces:
- Temperature of 100.4 or greater
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- Chills
- Loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
Alert
If after having entered the Harvest City Church premises, and you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID 19, have any of the symptoms, or you yourself have tested positive, please report to alert@harvestcitygso.com.
Email should state the date in which you were at Harvest City Church and that you are experiencing covid-like symptoms, have been exposed, or tested positive. Immediately get tested and report back if your results are positive.
General Public Guidelines
All of the following safety measures are recommended:
Sanitize your hands upon entering the building
Wear a mask
Practice social distancing of at least 6 ft
If you have tested positive within the last fourteen, do not enter the church premises.

The following safety precautions will take place between events and gatherings:
Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and spaces used
The sanctuary and restrooms will be disinfected
Spaces cleaned regularly
Notifications
An outbreak will be declared if two individuals contract covid while at Harvest City Church.
The individuals must be from different households and the only shared location/ venue is the church (they do not work at the same job, they do not live in the same neighborhood).
Individuals have not been out of town or around any other individuals who have tested positive outside of the church. Individuals must have contract covid within ten days of one another
Notifications
Persons attending the Sunday morning service or church gathering immediately prior to an outbreak will be notified. We recommend that individuals who have been exposed get tested.
Church Closure
In the event of an outbreak, the church will be closed for all mid-week services for one week for deep cleaning and sanitization. Only essential personnel will be permitted on the premises.
