Pastor Bill Russell is the Lead Pastor and founder of Harvest City Church. Originally from Long Island, New York, he holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and degrees in social work from North Carolina A&T State University and UNC Greensboro. Known for his engaging teaching and heart for church planting, Pastor Bill is passionate about loving God, loving people, and seeing lives transformed for God’s glory.
